An ongoing meditation and discussion on the way the world was, is, and will be created.

This first discussion is about how to integrate Humanity and the Hierarchy. (42-10 paragraphs)

Need you to remember who you are as working Aspirants which is a part of a larger New Group of World Servers (NGWS) group, and it is important to preview your evolutionary potential as a group here for the first time in human history. It is significantly useful to proceed to develop this idea in different fields.

Blessings to all of you deciding on how to move forward in service at this most propitious time in world history. Want each of you to take heart in the field of political and social maneuvering in lieu of potential karmic paths and ways of meeting planetary real needs. It is important to perceive this process as one of needing to generate an increasing soul infused political and societal set of values and human and spiritual rights that are balanced between the group and the individual. This is a promotional platform of the NGWS.

It is important you perceive yourselves as advocates of a just and fair world with each relying upon each to engender a place to live and respond to soul impulses. We want each of you to proceed to develop a way to achieve greatness in your own field of cooperation with others. It is important the group be perceived as a group making up the advancing members of the One Humanity each with a voice of reason that plays its critical part. It is only as these voices are grouped in diversity and each is represented that the world can move together as one. We wish you well in your endeavor.

Want each of you as members of humanity to perceive a future time when your voices as souls will be heard by all. It is this idea that we move forward to inculcate. There is a time when each of you will be presented before the One Initiator to voice this contribution or concern and it is in the nature of this voiced contribution reply that we achieve great forward movement or not.

It is important to recognize a series of world enlightenment’s that need to unfold in all departments of life, and this can better be represented once political and religious or ideological separation is addressed. It is important to proceed to have the idea that change can come through developing an open mind to guidance from the inner sources of inspiration.  And it is this doorway we are addressing here. Want each of you to see yourselves as ambassadors to Spirit with the good of the planet as your charge. When each group and individual take this position the world will quickly move into obscuration.

Want each of you as planetary citizens to reflect upon a procedure that will enhance each of its participants to better move into solving the mysteries of life. It is important to perceive yourselves as being charged to enter into a stream of enlightening that will take each into an area of life that will better formulate a cause for existence and a purpose. Want each of you to reflect upon a charge that aligns you with Spirit. It is this focus that will contribute the final solution of planetary existence and it is this existence all inquiries on the planet are moving. It is important to proceed to develop a sense of relationship to others in the outer world that can better lead us back to the Father source that will be our guiding lights. It is to this effect that the externalization is progressing and a recognition of its importance as guides into the unknown destiny of the race.

In the future, approximately five hundred years from now human life units will be more integrated and connected with their causal field producing the unfoldment of a more conscious monadic connection. This will permit with such to better comprehend the Purpose focus of Lord of the World in terms of the cosmic physical plane. And eventually at the end of the Age there will be a direct awareness of the Lord of the World through the members of Hierarchy who have monadic consciousness and yet embodied the planet physically.

A mental understanding of the Heart of Sun would include a set of reasons for the forms needed in terms of one’s connection between the causal field and the Heart of the Sun. These would be the forms required for continuity of consciousness between the causal field and the Heart of the Sun. The way men will better reflect the nature of the One Life in terms of purpose consists in the unfolding of the heart center in the head which relates to the 12 Creative Hierarchies. This further relates causal consciousness of the planet and the solar system. This is a kind of multidimensional awareness of the interconnected-ness to the universal Mind. The atmic/manasic/etheric inter-relationship alters the etheric grid of planet thus reflecting the processes of the “divine mother.”

As Humanity moves within the orb of the Hierarchy the connection of Humanity to the pattern of ideas relating us to the actual and intended pattern of culture and civilizations will provide Humanity with a growing awareness of cause and effect for events between all groupings within the lower three worlds.

First Drawing – An Initial Soul-Impacted Interpretation Effort:

[The chart is not herein depicted given it is multi-dimensional even though it can be represented in 2D but not accurately as chart involves movement in dimensional direction and time. Concepts are reified and given vocabulary and sentence structure for sharing purposes.  Obviously, the more one understands the subject matter and its intended causative pattern of variable relations the clearer the presentation. This infers an ability to interpret these abstract lines, geometries, light types and shades, et.al. and their implied inter-relationships. If the meditation is likewise soul-impacted then this enables a further understanding given the soul dwells within the world of meaning but the usefulness of this is limited by the mental conceptual understanding of the interpreter or concrete mind. 

There were also 26 future cosmic events (depicted in 26 intuitive related charts) that particularly impacted the future of Humanity over the next five thousand years. These are not related to subjective training. The effort to interpret and interrelate these causatively considered is as yet incomplete any useful communicative way given the level of difficulty.]

Need you to reflect upon the interpreted information derived from this drawing as one which is beginning to take place now among advanced members of humanity connected to Hierarchy. This relates to the growing abilities of humanity to connect to the will and life aspect of the causal field of the planet and likewise the solar system in terms of their ability to work with the forces of the solar system. Perceive this as becoming more in charge of our destinies as an advancing group within the one Humanity within the solar system. It is important to perceive this (chart line) as bearing fruit. As more and more people take the second initiation and thus ground energies from the Heart of the Sun this will increase the awareness of the related purpose of this planet in respect to the solar system.  This will permit a closer working with extra systemic energy. It will also, in five hundred years, permit more and more members of humanity to be able to link to extra systemic causes and relationships related to our solar system and address some more of the mysteries of life.

Want you to examine a time in world history when the purposes of life were delegated to extracting information from the environment to explain the causes of events.  This is still somewhat the case overall but with less superstition.  It is important to act on the knowledge received from the environment as souls to better comprehend the flow of forces in creating the new world. It is to this effect we are being trained to receive guidance inwardly. As forms of guidance are enhanced there will be a greater response time to meaningfulness of events, and this will better adjust karmic movements of the race.  These adjustments that will alter the outcome of events before they happen thus greatly maximize the greatest good of the group.

Want you to think of a time when the Will of the Lord (Planetary Scheme Soul context) will express Itself through events simultaneously and be grasped by portions of humanity as a group as it will be later, let us say, in approximately five hundred years. It is importance to perceive this form of mental guidance as a growing telepathic response of humanity (linked with it soul to some extent) to human events.  It is for this reason the world is reacting even today on a wide scale to international events and beginning to have a little prescience. It is important you perceive this as a rationalization of purpose for which a thing is created. Want you to take some time to investigate the laws of nature here. To understand this it would be important to receive information on the interplay of these forces as subhuman responses to the Anima Mundi (soul of the lower kingdoms).

Hierarchy is receiving impressions coming from the three major aspects of the planetary Logos which can be inferred to be identification, intuitive awareness, and manasic understanding. This permits them to move forward in generating their ongoing change in perspective consciousness. This is basically due to It achieving a momentous insurgence of energy from cosmic Sources.

The auric ring-pass-not from Humanity cuts through or aligns with the third aspect of Hierarchy. Important to note here these (two chart lines) represent a point of balance between understanding Hierarchy and Humanity in the expanding auric field of Humanity. The line descending down from outer auric field represents a series of triangles that relate peoples of different groupings to this expanded auric point. It is important to add here that this ring of fire. if you like, mentally includes all perspectives of all peoples. It is to this end that we wish to proceed.

(Note: It is important to note from GD that these following drawing lines indicate a series of explanations for the future movement of different groupings within the body of Humanity. Line “#7” relates to the movement of humanity towards the formal training of others to be receptive to the body of knowledge held inwardly by the NGWS’s group. Particularly four mental plane groups and five other inner groups. Humanity will eventually be able to relate all to the NGWS on inner planes.)

Once ring-pass-not includes the hierarchical perspective and the inner groups in the immediate future then humanity will be able to perceive themselves as trying to include their members in the perspective of the NGWS. It is important to note here that your interpretation of this will require a time when hierarchical perspectives are more accepted on earth and this drawing represents a growing public acceptance of these ideas.

Eventually the Hierarchy will mold public opinion directly as the race will be telepathic with mentally trained receptivity and sensitive to group consciousness.

Second Drawing- An Initial Soul-Impacted Interpretation Effort (Not herein depicted given these are multi-dimensional):

The drawing represents a time when people will realize that knowledge of cosmic direction reflects both love and will if correctly held spiritually to produce a sacred direction for humanity to go in their creative life. It is important to add here that approximately 400,000 years from now will be a time when groups of humans on the physical plane will no longer be human as we know ourselves but souls fully cognizant upon the cosmic physical plane there will be a complete integration of planetary centers with a direct line of descent from cosmic mental plane.

It is important to note here that Humanity will then be in a place where knowledge and bliss are the same. The source of cosmic knowledge here is reflected by the Manasic center of the greater Logos into our Mahatic field of Pleiades. Humanity as monads will be sensitive to this direction cosmically considered at this time. At this time, the third initiation requirements will be a brain sensitivity to this Manasic center on cosmic etheric plane as well the monadic level. Planetary mental field will function as a receptor of these monadic Sources given the integration of the Mind content of the five minds (universal, intuitive, abstract, Son of Mind, and concrete minds which are now basically separate except for advanced members of Humanity) viewing the planetary mind field as being an enlightened totality.

This first drawing line gives us a spiritual perception of cosmos in a way that turns us down a karmic path of creative endeavor for the race. This second drawing line represents a time when humanity will endeavor to create on this planet a field of qualified energy that relates this planet now on the mental field to the source of inspiration in the Body of the solar Logos representing that center which we call the solar plexus of the astral field—(reflected) Heart of the Sun. The third drawing line reflects Manasic content from the greater galactic Logos (GGL) into solar Logos’s Astral field represented by our planetary mental field during a time in human history that relates man as a group to a group of beings that radiate their Life from a cosmic Source centered in the Milky Way galaxy related to the second star of the great bear Alcor.  It is this star system that relates the purpose content through the Pleiades into the solar plexus or desire center of solar Logos directly given Its Astral focus.

Want you to perceive of a time in human history when the angels of men will be shackled to the hopes and fears of Sanat Kumara in a literal sense—these will represent the Maya of the times. Also, these hopes and fears will be representative of His Vision of the Glory surrounding the One yet unfulfilled. It is to this Glory all effort is bent and any limitation experienced is in the timing of this event. It is this event the ineffable story of life points to and that all visions approach.

Various energies coming into planet:

1. This energy relates humanity to the source of its inspiration representing a direct flow of connection from cosmic astral plane (through planetary monadic/buddhic) to planetary astral field into planetary physical plane.

2. This energy represents a direct inflow from cosmic Astral solar plexus center into Humanity as a kingdom and not to other   kingdoms.

3. This drawing line represents an energy field coming into existence relating the human kingdom to a group of solar Saints at a similar evolution as the solar Logos that reflects the conscious Purpose of Lord of World or its reflection’s – S.K. It is this Purpose not yet achievable that humanity distinguished. Important to note here that this Purpose consummates the reason for creating this globe. Want you to distinguish between those worlds on the upper mental plane as this one is from lower worlds these worlds and are considered aspects of various greater Entities’ vehicles consciously hylozoistically focused within.

4. This line represents a time in human history when the mental sphere of our planet will not be a barrier in coming cosmic buddhic forces. It is at this time the Lord of the World will have unfettered access to the body of knowledge generated from several other Sources: (#5 line – Source is the presence of the Cosmic Christ; #6 line – Source is the Monadic Life of S.K.; #7 line – Source represents a Manasic grasp of the Divine Soul Life of the solar Logos.

It is important you proceed to develop a sense of reflection on each of these before completing this discussion. Want you to attempt to use this to train yourself in cosmogony.  It is important you rescind believe in these pronouncements for they are basically correct as depicted. Want you to entice yourself with the energy potential to come in as well as thinking about these patterns or connections.

This field represents an important advancement of present hierarchical understanding of forces at work in the galaxy. This event depicted here relates to the refinement of planetary mental field atomically considered as this substance is being formulated towards the purpose of reifying the greater Lords’ ideas now circulating in this space. Want each of you to identify with prominence the importance of what this represents to our future hope for S.K. and thus our little world. There is an intuitive grasp of Purpose of S.K. in this presentation. The attempt will be in the near future to simplify this in respect to the evolution of humanity over the course of the next five thousand years.

[GD: Want you to grasp that the sequence of events here relates to a time the solar Logos responds to inter-systemic energy moving through this heart center. This is what this first diagram represents.

1. It is energy coming from certain stars in Pleiades representing Mahatic >Manasic field of His Divine Soul (Alcyone). Other stars in Pleiades from same place (6 stars).

2. Represents energies coming from constellation unknown far to the right of Pleiades—represents energy from the greater Logos Sister.

3. Energy coming in from Manasic field of the Triad representing the Son of Mind content of the solar Logos.

4. Constellation known (GGL) not on our list yet represents a systemic approach to the Aquarian New Age. Important to note here this energy stream from Aquarius represents the solar Logos’s focus of attention as to a means of development certain aspects of Its mental life, Soul considered, or Son of Mind—related to Sirus. Want to add this energy is registered in the Mind content also of S.K. Want you to examine this later in terms of human response to this pattern.

Want you to perceive this energy pattern in the heavens as being contained at this time in the Mind of S.K.:

1. Aquarian energy and Son of Mind energy of solar Logos.

2. This energy is generated from Personality Mind content of the solar Logos.

3. This energy comes from connection of S.K. to Lord of World or Soul content.

4. Energy content from Mind nature from Lord of world’s greater group considered—Monadic group.

GD: Want you to conceive of a time when this planet will be able to adjust its rhythm to that of S.K. This is particularly in terms of religion and ceremony.  It is these times that this drawing relates to.  The energies coming in reflect a sense of prayer and reception to the two fundamental forces of S.K. which are the Galactic Logos (GL) and the Greater Galactic Logos. These forces parallel the Aquarian Source and Son of Mind of solar Logos as influences on S.K..

This drawing relates you or humanity to the king of the hill in terms of evolutionary potential or S.K. This drawing reflects your since of purpose as now conceived by Hierarchy over the next few thousand years. It is important to present this in a way that it channels information directly into a visionary quest for human perfection as a group.

Want you to perceive the first pathway as ensuring grace for all the world at this time is that created by the Greater Galactic Logos (GGL).

The second (8) pathway ensures the acknowledgement of the solar Logos to the cause of S.K.’s quest in terms of enlightenment for the planetary sphere.

The third (6) pathway insures the respect of all Creative Hierarchies for a common cause of enjoinment in the future.

The fourth pathway produces the retreat of the forces of cosmic evil—2346 combo.

The fifth (3) pathway is not fully shown from Pluto which enjoins Humanity to take action that cancels out any world form which is unproductive for existing human evolutionary potential.

The sixth pathway is the Son of Mind of the GGL, or a particular form being reflected which ensures a sense of inevitable separation on the globe from strident forces.

The seventh pathway (combo of all the above ensures a victory of the race in terms of enlighten beings guiding the way.  It is important here to present a symphony of ideas culminating in a vision of hope and plenty for all over the next five thousand years. It is important they receive this soon in some initial way.

Note here you will be working on receiving energies here into the Heart area of Hierarchy (2^nd ray ashram).  It is important you perceive this drawing as one that you relate the Hierarchy to being able to succor a sense of completion as to the purpose of integration. We want you to conceive of a time in human history when the forces of evil will begin to fade out of human consciousness. It is this time we are referring to. At this time Hierarchy as we know it will no longer be an elusive entity but be fully integrated among the teachers of the race. We want you to enjoin with us to perceive this time of great joy and uprising of spirit across the globe. It is important to know you will be receiving information from various sources on this.

The Heart center of the Hierarchy: Line “1a” refers to energies coming in informing the planetary Logos’s Heart center. The Hierarchy as a unit representing a force link to line “2” representing energies of reconstruction of the heart of Humanity. Important to note that here you will be receiving information from several sources at the same time. Line “1b” represents energy as coming from a Source high up in the “heavens worlds” related to the Astral solar plexus of the GL. This energy relates the cosmic Christ to planetary Christ. Line “1c” energy relates Hierarchy to a form of existence far removed from earth evolution, it is this energy that correlates the causes taking place in the larger system or local galaxy and relates them to this planet—Ursa Major (2 stars of second ray). Line “2” energy is about a way to relate the Hierarchy to a systematic inflow of forces from star system Sirus. This energy is received by the Hierarchy and channeled out into the earth’s mental field. Line “3” energy relates Hierarchy to the star system Ursa Major by way of the Pleiades. It is important here to reframe from making any conclusions from your existing knowledge base. Want you to take some time to study this drawing in terms of the future.

GD: It is true that you have received information about the future of Hierarchy and this line “4” reflects a time in that future date that the Hierarchy will receive energy from a Source not now receiving which is this dual source above from the constellation Capricorn.

GD: Want you to believe in yourselves so we have included a section on the focus of humanity here. This focus relates to the ability of humanity to receive into its heart the forces of reconstruction as referred to above. These energies relate humanity to Hierarchy’s point of view perfectly each moment. Want you to achieve a sense of recognition of what this might mean in terms of response in body to cosmic events. It is important to add here that this response is not like you have experienced but related to the divine Mind content being fully grasped psychically as a soul in body and responded to. It is important to add here the Voice content of Humanity reflects this.

Need you to grasp the continuity of time span here. It will take place over seven hundred years from the time the sun begins to turn from Aquarius. It is important to note this time will be celebrated as a turning point in human civilization and refers to a meeting grounds of the advance souls of the age that parallels a restoration of the Ancient Mystery schools on earth—related to Sirus. It is common knowledge among us on the inner side that these forces arising in might are to be perceived as dedicated to proposition all people are created equal. It is to this point of ultimate achievement of the race that we now look forward into. Want you to think of a time when the world’s resources will be used to honor deity within each and the race and not abased for personal gain.  Want you to think of a time when the catechisms of the race will be full of systemic and cosmic knowledge gained by insightful view, and this used to instruct the race as to purposeful endeavor.  Want you to think of a time when the winds of spirit will blow through a community over night to produce profound change in focus and awareness of planetary events. Want you to think of a time when the common person will be so enlightened that his base response to life will consist of defamatory remarks on group process.

It is important here to present these ideas in a consistent framework for analysis to derive full satisfaction of understanding here. Want you to proceed on the assumption that you are receiving the full import of the causation but getting only one-fifth of the content yet needed for clarification. Want you to take some time to reflect on the sentences above and see the importance of the way each segment of society will function. It is in this reification process that you will be fully compensated for time spent here.

Be alert as to implications of thought. First, need you to believe that the earth is undergoing a transition period as we speak of in the future here.  This present Age related transition period will last for the next 500-600 years or so. It is in this transition period that the forces of reconstruction must work successfully to endeavor to get the world to the point necessary for the full externalization to take place—heart center of the solar Logos. It is this externalization that is the focus of this topic. Want you to take some time and review information concerning this and integrate that knowledge with this.

Want you to take some time reviewing above four categories and in this light review this section. Need you to be aware that this section relates men to a common cause or set of causes. It is this causative relationship that we will build upon here. The story of man’s common cause goes back into the night of time beginning at the first individualization upon the moon chain. It was at this time the first issue of commonality had to be addressed.  This commonality goal was how could (Lunar Lord like) humanity at the time achieve a sense of connection with each other. It is important to note here this first cause relates to the common source of the individualization energies. Note here this source of energies related man to a solar system far off in time to this chain’s planetary Ruler – Lucifer.

Want you to envision a time when humanity will be pursuing an event in space related to their past concerning Lucifer. Once upon a time humanity sought to secure itself in the bosom of Abraham—prophet. Will address this time and process from several sources.

This source is related to the ashram: Want you to perceive this event as significant and cannot be overestimated. It is important to perceive this as a time when humanity of the earth realm sought refuge in the heart of god and this for a duration of eight hundred years. Note here this time in human history produced a respect for god as of no other time. This time was spent in deliberating the fruits of one’s labors in producing a sense of correctness in human affairs for the common good. It was at this time “Abraham” came back into the race and was received as a god in the making with his many gifts to share. It was thus at this time people took on god like powers prematurely given the gifts shared. Unfortunately, the value of wisdom was lacking here so the many gifts were perceived as gifts from god and to be used for personal growth. It was these various types of “spiritual” gifts that are now promoted in the world but without their necessitated contributing value to the planet. This is presently still seen as significant issue needing resolved.

Want you to think of a future time in human history when this will be repeated on this globe, which will be at the beginning of the period in Capricorn after the Age of Aquarius. It is at this time there will be a repeat of this on a small scale that will lead to the Judgement day in the next round. Want you to enjoin with us here to prevent this from happening during the Age of Capricorn by focusing on the importance of individual and group contribution. This topic will be expanded upon later.

Want you to achieve a sense of completion here in terms of understanding. Want each of you to digest the idea that human contingency planning is not enough but a realization of the steps needed to correct direction.

Important to note here that this drawing presents to humanity a decisive direction it can take in co-creating the culture and civilization expression of the planet. Want you to achieve a sense of correctness here from the point of view of Hierarchy. This Age of Capricorn related correctness takes place through humanity taking action that relates the hierarchical direction to the new values represented by the forces of reconstruction. It is important here to represent these forces as encompassing the new advanced gifts being presented to the race. These gifts represent a sense of connection to another more advanced world (Globe) within the solar system in which humanity is not fully cognizant of except for its advanced units causally considered – Glolopia.

We want to introduce you to the history of humankind that might not have ever been seen before. A history that is full of intrigue, full of hope, full of peril, and full of love in the making. It is a history of the human race that will take us deeply into occult methods of racial types and purposes. We want each of you to endeavor to find a way of holding this truth and of understanding this truth that relates now to this point in time and space. We will always be coming back to this reference point to keep a sense of meaningful relationship to our present lives. We want each of you to assign yourself a sense of belief in your own history, a sense of belief in your own presence, and a sense of belief in your own future. The purpose of this treatise here is to give each of you a sense of belonging, a sense of becoming, and a sense of being in a world on this planet. In one sense it is a long story and yet in another it is a short one. There are only a few evolutionary objectives we can recognize as a result of this long history but the creating, the development, and the clarification of the substance of the planet requires long intervals of embodiment. We want each of you to parallel this understanding in your lives. The simple truths you now hold were not there in your earlier stages of this life. We want you to believe that this process of embodying these truths takes place only through the evolution of form consciousness. We want you to see how this evolution of form created a more enlighten, receptive, and beautiful form we call the human race now open to ideas like no other time in human history. We want each of you to begin to perceive the gap that exists now versus that time we are calling the beginning.

This intended following discussion referred to above was envisioned as having four major sections fifty minor sections.

The section will give you a sense of disbelief in your roots as a civilization from the hierarchical point of view (6).

This section will outline the direction of energy exchanges that paralleled evolution as we know it. This section is about the interfacing of different celestial beings at different points in evolution of humanity.

This section is about the different races and the progression of ideas.

This section is about the interface of different worlds astrologically considered.

This section is about the way humankind may achieve in the present 7^th round.

This section is about the methods used by the guides of the race in respect to humanity.

This section is about the hierarchical mandates in terms of the plan.

This section will provide ways of thinking. Represents a set of rules for perceiving cause and effects here now.

This section will provide hierarchical perspective on the present.42 perspectives from the sub ashrams.

This section will rely upon your destined future. (4)

This section is about the way people need to look at evolution into the future. (14)

• They need to perceive themselves as being able to return, which is the basic concept of reincarnation.
• They need to understand the theory of ideas and the way the world is constantly being re-created.
• They need to reflect upon a system of relationships to the various groups.
• They need to adjust their sense of time frames to include the possibility of participating in certain future events-incarnation cycles.
• They need to dramatize their relationships to this planet in terms of development—karma and dharma.
• They need to reflect upon a way to hold themselves as souls in body—forms responsible for creating.
• They need to present to themselves a set of rituals that explain the unfolding of events in their lives—how their lives have direction.
• They need to forgive themselves as a way to unfold the future—past life guilt and shame issues carried over.
• They need to forget the past and accept the momentum of the future.
• They need to adjust their values to the values of future.
• They need to expect miracles.
• They need to perceive a time when the world will be okay.
• They need to believe in their own destiny.
• They need to qualify life as the soul qualifies life.

This section will introduce the scenario of the future in terms of the One Humanity.

You are being asked here to produce a series of portrayals about the way the future will unfold. You are being told this from the perspective of the guides of the race. (Soul: 21)

Humanity in the future will be composed of just one race, fully integrated in body and soul. This humanity will be composed of those members who have taken the third initiation primarily and will represent the final completion of the human race on the Physical Plane.

This humanity represents that which will pass on into another creation of the earth’s scheme and will not come in until the middle of the third root-race in the sixth-round. They did not complete the final initiation expected—the 5^th.

This is after the judgment day in the middle of the of the 5^th round where those egos still focused on egoic levels or the cosmic physical plane, as opposed to those focused on cosmic etheric plane are taken out of the life stream to unfold on another round on the earth’s scheme—the leaders on the next or 6th round.

We have given you the picture of a humanity fully integrated and spiritually unfolded to complete the 5^th round. It is this round that represents the completion of the plan for humanity, taking the 5th initiation as a final goal of the majority.

In the next, 6^th round, humanity will again come in during the third root race as before but this time they will be in a position to harness their personality bodies.

The 6^th root race will be composed of individuals who have direct access to causal body awareness.

First Subrace:

The 1^st subrace will have the following physical features:

• They will have bulging eyes.
• They will be of all racial types.
• They will be rather tall.
• They will have strong chins.
• They will have chiseled features.
• They will have muscular bodies but not bulky.
• They will be mostly from Latin American stock.

They will be call upon to form a society distinguished by the following:

A political process that is orientated by hierarchy.

A ceremonial life style that includes (6)

• Being socially separated according to religious interests and creative interests.
• A form of dress that reflects soul status.
• A system of production requiring all citizens to participate.
• Marriage relationships formed for procreation purposes.
• Organized spiritually to develop various soul gifts.
• Socially responsible in respecting all customs.

By creating a form of institutional government where the people choose various individuals to perform the various functions of the state these elections will take place every third year.

They will also create a closed society. They will permit entry to those desiring to participate in their life style.

They will organize their manufacturing according to:

• Basic needs of society.
• Volunteer labor.
• Sound energy efficient equipment and machinery.
• Short working hours.
• With materials secured through barter.
• Operated by individuals wishing to learn the methods.
• With automated systems.
• Goods designed by those working.

All members of the society will participate in the following:

• Weekly religious services.
• Daily prayer.
• Religious holidays.
• Planned events.
• Religious/spiritual dedications.
• Religious/spiritual training.
• Elections

All elected members will be responsible for the operations of the particular group which elected them.

This first sub-race will begin to form towards the end of this century and will come out of the 6^th subrace of the 5^th root race.

The members of the first sub-race has already been selected from experiments previously done to determine their compatibility.

Each of these has agreed to participate.

The 2^nd Subrace:

The majority of the characteristics above applies to this race except the following:

• The vast majority of inhabitants will be developed or skilled in many various types of spiritual gifts. These gifts will be developed to meet the needs of the both this group and the world that recognizes these gifts.
• Inhabitants will become even more developed than the first subrace in their abilities to bring in knowledge from the subjective levels.
• Inhabitants will take for granted their societal purpose and that is to develop their integration and education as individual members of their group.
• These groups will be composed of souls with similar objectives and consciousness.
• All of these groups will integrate through subjective processes.
• Each group will be composed of members at various points of spiritual development.

3^rd Subrace:

The characteristics of this group have evolved from the 2^nd sub-race and many changes are evident.

This group is composed of many initiates and accepted disciples.

It is also composed of many individuals who have entered from outside of community for spiritual training. These outside members are not permitted to stay or marry.

These schools of initiation training are both basic and specialized.

All graduates participate in the governing of the community.

Each separate group or sub-community is organized with self-sufficiency in mind.

The rest of the world thinks they are a group of people who want little of what the world has to give in the way of adventure or amusement.

There is a trend in the world to relinquish individual pursuits of happiness more and more.

There is also a trend for them to begin subjective training and experimentation.

The rest of the world at this time is basically composed of peoples who dwell on five continents.

• What is now known as Eastern Europe and southern Asia including the island of Australia which is now a part of this continent.
• What is now known as Western and Southern Europe is a separate continent.
• What is now known as North America with Latin America here exists as a separate continent from South America.
• What is known as South America is a separate Continent and is composed of mostly third, second, and sixth subraces of the sixth root race.
• What is now known as Africa is a separate continent.

The separation of these continents took place towards the end of the 6^th sub-race of the 5^th root race.

4^th Subrace:

This sub-race appears to be in trouble in terms of available land mass. Apparently, former South America has now become very inhabited and there is little space left for this sub-race.

Over time, the 4th sub-race slowly takes more control of local land areas as it creates populated centers.

Each of the three earlier sub-races have become more integrated with the world as groups under instruction are migrated out of the community.

These groups who left were under instruction to promote their spirituality to the rest of the world.

Those that stayed did so also by instruction to continue their development.

The rest of the world has become more group focused and has made this transition possible.

Each of these groups that left were instructed to intermarry.

The 4^th sub-race has been instructed to develop more spiritual gifts that includes the abilities to make things with their minds.

It has also been instructed to create a working model of the local cosmos used to train others.

They have also been given the task of using technologies that I call vibrational technology that work from mental control.

They also have been given the task of traveling in space in their integrated mental body to investigate planetary oversite responsibilities.

They also have been given the task of registering impressions from planetary schemes related to earth.

They have also been given the task of investigating events on the inner planes to better govern the planet.

The 5^th Subrace:

This sub-race has expanded its role in policing the planet in terms of the lower kingdoms and the human. Its purpose is to insure that adequate care is being taken to preserve resources and lives.

This group’s existence is not recognized by humanity as it is purely a subjective race.

This race is trained from the group soul and all training is in secret.

It also has the responsibility to assist the 6^th root race populous to develop technologies to preserve the planetary life.

Many of the resources of the planet have been used, wasted, or otherwise lost. Each of the continents is on strict rations. The problems began in the earlier fifth root race who were not concerned with the future.

Each of the continents are populated with individuals who are both disciples and aspirants.

Most of the world’s population have developed spiritual gifts of one sort or another.

Each of the 6^th rootrace sub-race groups now have dispersed into the world taking with them their gifts and training.

The 5^th sub-ace is likewise scattered throughout the world.

The remaining two sub-races are being unfolded here and there where individuals are ready to receive these characteristics.

These characteristics are difficult to name or describe. Four of them I recognize:

• The ability to sense the important causative happenings in the solar system and beyond and to understand their causes.
• The ability to travel in their buddhic body.
• The ability to explain the purpose of creation to others related to solar Logos.
• The ability to individually comprehend what God wants in the moment for the whole race.

The last three sub-races require no land mass but do require certain personality substance or matter to be built into their vehicles. This substance has to be created and requires diligent effort to do so. It also requires the supervision of great Devas and the Lord Sanat Kumara.

The 6^th race is quickly followed by the 7^th as evolution has speeded up. Each of these two races are almost indistinguishable from each other.

The 7^th is characteristic of today’s masters. Each member is trained in a variety of arts and sciences of an occult nature.

They are also trained to receive directly into their brain awareness the mind of god on a continuous manner.

They are also given the right to do whatever they desire as they are totally group conscious and god conscious.

In the final 7^th round humanity will not come in until the sixth root race and be soul conscious. In this root race humanity will find itself at one with the Hierarchy and mostly integrated. In this root race humanity will for the first time be able to travel throughout the solar system using advanced technology.

In the final round humanity will move into the cosmos finding a new home out there in a sister solar system. It will be at this time humanity will for the first make a positive contribution to the galaxy at large.

Please note that this picture, in its completion, represents the struggle of many lives outside of the human to make this happen. The reason for this needs to be understood so to have a better understanding of the reason for it all. We can start by recognizing the role the creative hierarchies played in all of this. All twelve of the creative hierarchies were involved to make this a possibility. The five creative hierarchies, from one point of view, that appear at the time most interesting is the fifth, the sixth, the eighth, the ninth, and the twelfth.  From another point of view just two creative hierarchies.

Each of these five creative hierarchies were able to evolve. The 12^th was able to evolve through the lower three creative hierarchies or the 9^th, 10^th, and 11^th; while the 5^th was able to move to the Cosmic Astral 6^th sub-plane.

Each globe of the earth scheme represents a different opportunity to create forms in concert with the needs of the Plan. On the next globe, the creative process will permit the 5^th to have better bodies to incarnate in. This globe will allow all human beings the opportunity to create in line with their monadic intents. Thus, this will permit the expression of a humanity in tune with the heavenly Man related to that globe.

The last two globes will permit humanity the ability to star travel.

The characteristic of the human race towards the end of the 7^th root race at the end of the 6^th round will be characteristic of these eight out of many:

• First, the race’s outstanding mental ability will be enhanced higher psychic fusion with the group soul of the planet. It is to this outcome that the purpose of the 6^th round will demonstrate.
• The second characteristic expresses itself naturally in the races ability to sense the unknow and have a sense of prescience of future direction.
• The third characteristic expresses itself in the races’ ability to direct their awareness onto any created form to understand its meaning and purpose for existence.
• Fourth, the mind of the race will be enhanced to be used to channel the planetary Mind space.
• Fifth characteristic expresses itself in the race’s ability to heighten individual awareness of cause and effect of all phenomena affecting the planet.
• Sixth, the race will express ability to work harmoniously with the planet’s climatic conditions.
• Seventh, there will be to harness the sun’s cosmic electrical energy as an absolute source of power.
• Eighth, the race will be able to generate any material needed.

The race of mankind as will exist in the far future will be paramount of a singular characteristic. This characteristic at the end of the 7^th root race in the 7^th round will be indicative of mental abilities distinguished by four characteristics:

• First an ability to be telepathically connected to all life forms.
• Second to establish mental relationships with other humanities in other solar systems. Thirdly, to demonstrate a continuity of awareness between spiritual intuition level and the physical brain.
• Fourthly, by distinguishing a continuity of awareness of the purposeful mind from a cosmic Mental existence.

Humanity in the future will be composed of just one race, fully integrated in body and soul. This humanity will be composed of those members who have taken the third initiation primarily and will represent the final completion of the human race on the Physical Plane.

This humanity represents that which will pass on into another creation of the earth’s scheme and will not come in until the middle of the third root-race in the sixth-round. They did not complete the final initiation expected—the 5^th.

This is after the judgment day in the middle of the of the 5^th round where those egos still focused on egoic levels or the cosmic physical plane, as opposed to those focused on cosmic etheric plane are taken out of the life stream to unfold on another round on the earth’s scheme—the leaders on the next or 6th round.

The story of history is presented as a story of ideas whose time has come but underlying this is also the history of either contraction or expansion of human awareness and human attributes in demonstration.  It is story of history that should be written and thought about for all human creations come through a humanity colored or filtered by each generation and due to their own particular type and degree of Self-awareness.

Historically, imagine yourself as a contributing member on this present path of Humanity. Imagine bringing along certain things. These things are three in number:

• First there is a hope for a future that represents an extension of your present values held.
• Second, there is ample opportunity to express these values within your cultural environment.
• Third, there is a way of accepting yourself as a real person here on the planet for a reason yet unknown by you but likewise you are able to see yourself in some future scenario capable of interacting in the world according to the values you are holding as dear to you.

The end of the dark ages was a beginning of a new cycle for human development of the personal will.  This was the period when a major part of the existing plan for the planet was created that would eventually give rise to a New Age, a Golden Age of human creativity and awareness.

We want each of you who read this to come forth and honor your deepest drive for personal freedom based upon the spiritual and human values you are holding.  Within each of you are great plans based upon a common Vision for yourself as spiritual beings and for Humanity as a collective spiritual being.  Human betterment is the least we expect on a day-to-day basis.

You have derived many times in human history a perspective that all is not well with your life in general and in the life of Humanity.  It is this collect knowingness that drives us forward as a group for both self and group betterment.  This need for betterment reaches us through our extreme moments of crisis when we know for sure our life is not really working. Thus, drawing from us a corresponding workable possibility for us to move towards in or following a different light based upon an eternal hope for betterment.

First, we would like to take a moment to present a symbolic award to those responsible for creating hope for group betterment in the world and it is this hope that sponsors the future of us all. We are grateful for many who have chosen this path among their brothers and sisters.  And we to congratulate each of you with this honor.  May each of you continually respond with hope for a better future in kind.

The time has come when each of us has need to promote our future as we collectively envision it, and it is to this end we effectively honor each other in the world. We have come to a difficult time again in the world where the many have chosen a lessor path of group self-values over equaninimical human values. You have been given the task of correcting this short self-sightful approach to a more inclusive one. Below are fourteen (14) values probably familiar to you needing continuously inculcated on the planet now that supports a greater equaninimical path.

• The value of Brother/Sisterhood. It is important to note that each of us on the planet has the right to see ourselves in any way we like but the value that will correct these other ways of seeing ourselves is that of Brotherhood/Sisterhood or fraternity of Humanhood. We want you to know that this value will initiate the New Age.

• It is this value that the truth of a situation can be known by the human heart that will also initiate the New Age. The importance of knowing the truth of a situation will prevent all misunderstandings.

• This value that the spiritual path exists needs to be universalized. It is true that each of us, on a regular basis, finds the time to pursue our spiritual paths in life.

• The next value will condition the way we as a world perceive ourselves, it is a value that organizes our planet into a planet where economic sharing is commonplace and based upon a correct appreciation of the concept of the fraternity of humanhood. We would like to suggest that this value is being promoted by the European Union even though their intent is for a bigger share of the market.

• This next value relates to the idea of securing international cooperation in releasing prisoners or activists who have been jailed for speaking out for the rights of the people. This value could be called the value of outcry for the good of the people.

• The value of spiritual Hierarchy is a value that will revolutionize the way the world perceives government by the people.

• This next value sees the world as a place where hope and justice are the mainspring of democracy. It is the value of compassion rightly interpreted.

• This next value instills in mankind a greater sense of direction in the way they plan for the future. It is a direction that comes from knowing your life purpose as an individual or as a group.  Value of purposefulness of existence.

• This next value relates to the idea of securing right human relations through the practice of harmlessness.

• This next value relates to the idea of ruling governments making sure the youth of the day be placed high on their priority list in terms of care taking, preventing abuse, and bringing out their gifts. This will change the world faster than anything else.

• This next value stipulates that the youth of the world need to be trained to receive guidance from their souls formally. This needs to begin early in their fourteenth year.

• The next value is that of relating to youth as being more evolved than their parents that gave birth to them and to encourage them to be responsible by giving them decision-making powers in society.

• The next value states that the world as we know it will disappear once we accept the existence of Spirit as the ruling force on the planet.

• The next value states the world as we know it will disappear once we accept the fact that this world is a product of our collective decision making.

The rest of the world thinks they are a group of people who want little of what the world has to give in the way of adventure or amusement.

There is a trend in the world to relinquish individual pursuits of happiness more and more.

There is also a trend for them to begin subjective training and experimentation.

The rest of the world at this time is basically composed of peoples who dwell on five continents.

• What is now known as Eastern Europe and southern Asia including the island of Australia which is now a part of this continent.
• What is now known as Western and Southern Europe is a separate continent.
• What is now known as North America with Latin America here exists as a separate continent from South America.
• What is known as South America is a separate Continent and is composed of mostly third, second, and sixth subraces of the sixth root race.
• What is now known as Africa is a separate continent.

The separation of these continents took place towards the end of the 6^th sub-race of the 5^th root race.

4^th Subrace:

This sub-race appears to be in trouble in terms of available land mass. Apparently, former South America has now become very inhabited and there is little space left for this sub-race.

Over time, the 4th sub-race slowly takes more control of local land areas as it creates populated centers.

Each of the three earlier sub-races have become more integrated with the world as groups under instruction are migrated out of the community.

These groups who left were under instruction to promote their spirituality to the rest of the world.

Those that stayed did so also by instruction to continue their development.

The rest of the world has become more group focused and has made this transition possible.

Each of these groups that left were instructed to intermarry.

The 4^th sub-race has been instructed to develop more spiritual gifts that includes the abilities to make things with their minds.

It has also been instructed to create a working model of the local cosmos used to train others.

They have also been given the task of using technologies that I call vibrational technology that work from mental control.

They also have been given the task of traveling in space in their integrated mental body to investigate planetary oversite responsibilities.

They also have been given the task of registering impressions from planetary schemes related to earth.

They have also been given the task of investigating events on the inner planes to better govern the planet.

The 5^th Subrace:

This sub-race has expanded its role in policing the planet in terms of the lower kingdoms and the human. Its purpose is to insure that adequate care is being taken to preserve resources and lives.

This group’s existence is not recognized by humanity as it is purely a subjective race.

This race is trained from the group soul and all training is in secret.

It also has the responsibility to assist the 6^th root race populous to develop technologies to preserve the planetary life.

Many of the resources of the planet have been used, wasted, or otherwise lost. Each of the continents is on strict rations. The problems began in the earlier fifth root race who were not concerned with the future.

Each of the continents are populated with individuals who are both disciples and aspirants.

Most of the world’s population have developed spiritual gifts of one sort or another.

Each of the 6^th rootrace sub-race groups now have dispersed into the world taking with them their gifts and training.

The 5^th sub-ace is likewise scattered throughout the world.

The remaining two sub-races are being unfolded here and there where individuals are ready to receive these characteristics.

These characteristics are difficult to name or describe. Four of them I recognize:

• The ability to sense the important causative happenings in the solar system and beyond and to understand their causes.
• The ability to travel in their buddhic body.
• The ability to explain the purpose of creation to others related to solar Logos.
• The ability to individually comprehend what God wants in the moment for the whole race.

The last three sub-races require no land mass but do require certain personality substance or matter to be built into their vehicles.  This substance has to be created and requires diligent effort to do so. It also requires the supervision of great Devas and the Lord Sanat Kumara.

The 6^th subrace is quickly followed by the 7^th subrace as evolution has speeded up. Each of these two races are almost indistinguishable from each other.

The 7^th subrace is characteristic of today’s masters. Each member is trained in a variety of arts and sciences of an occult nature.

They are also trained to receive directly into their brain awareness the mind of god on a continuous manner.

They are also given the right to do whatever they desire as they are totally group conscious and god conscious.

Atlantis Spiritual Occult History

Several millennia ago, there were four Lhas that visited the earth (in its fourth round and at the time its fourth root race).  Each of these figures were responsible for creating four different types of vehicle prototypes for the human race. All vehicles extant today were derived by these Beings. It is important to note that these prototypes were responsible for creating causal bodies with their subsequent permanent atoms.

All manner of ways had been organized by the powers that be to prevent animal man, at that time of the third subrace of the third root race, from mating with other mammals with similar bodies. The dual sex race developed various primitive skills and talents and in the last two subraces the more advanced built cities and civilizations. In the next or 4^th sub-race of 3^rd root-race many developed the abilities to speak meaningful monosyllabic words and sentences and these more advanced developed their own type of intellectualism.

It was not until in the next root race, the fourth, during the beginning of second sub-race there began to be noticed a few individuals here and there that could actually think. And it was these individuals that formulated technologies for the rest of humanity. During the beginning of the fourth sub-race there were those more able to use their minds and who could be distinguished from the masses. It was during this time that schools were set up to formally train these thinking people.

In the middle part of the 4^th root-race many men were able to create with their minds and formed relationships with devas to create definite forms in the outer worlds. There were other men who could also use their mental powers to derive satisfaction in the control of others and caused great harm in the lives of others. It was during this 4^th sub-race a clash began between those who believed in the ways of Hierarchy at that time and those who desired to create resources for themselves through the use of devic cooperation.  This clash eventually ended the 4^th root race through the notorious great flood.

On account of this much karma was created and set back the evolution of humanity.  It is only now that this karma has been released and humanity is free once again to pursue assistance in the devic realms.  This was a time where humanity escaped a greater punishment and also that of total destruction if Hierarchy had never withdrawn the knowledge of how to interact with the devas. Through the destruction of Atlantian continents and the humanity at that time very few escaped.

Atlantis and the Hierarchy

It is important to note that Hierarchy did withdraw its physical presence on the earth since the 6th sub-race of the 4^th root-race. It is only at this time that Hierarchy is again thinking of externalizing again. For this to happen certain conditions need to be met and will probably be met or resolved this century.

Many millenniums ago the Hierarchy was founded.  Hierarchy was composed originally of only individuals from Venusian spiritual Hierarchy. Humanity had reached a point in their unfoldment where they could replace slowly those Venusian individuals once the astral body of Humanity in general was unfolded in the 4^th sub-race of the 4th root race especially by those with mental unfoldment.

Initially there were only three ray ashrams initially organized as this was all that was possible. These were the 2^nd, 7^th, and the 4^th.   By the end of the 4^th sub-race of 4^th root-race all 7-ashrams were initially organized. Nothing compared to their organization today.

The design or energy pattern of these 7-ashrams represents the inherent alignment our planetary heart center has to the one on Venus. It was these earlier members of the spiritual Hierarchy from Venus that initially organized the first three ray ashrams for us and these all left but one by the beginning of the third Aryan sub-race.

Ashramic organization, initially, consisted of only 9 sub-ashrams, 3 in 2^nd ray ashram, three in 7^th ray ashram and 3 in 4^th ray ashram.  By the end of 4^th root-race the remaining ray ashrams had been initially organized having three sub-ashrams functioning, even if minimal, and linked.

The One Ashram has been reorganized numerous (in the thousands) times since all ray ashrams was first achieved. Towards the end of World War II, the Hierarchy was again reorganized.  It was at this re-organization that the Christ made the decision to externalize His ashram in the next century—2000.  It was again reorganized in Pieces 2001 and planned again around the date of 2060 thus signifying great changes which have taken place on this planet. Each of these reorganizations produced great amount of extra work upon the masters which are responsible for plans in the lower four kingdoms.

Each of the masters are required to develop a contingency plan to be reviewed by Christ.  This plan contains the types of recourse’s required, the personnel needed for such, training required by members of his ashram, cooperation needed by devic orders, breakdown of timelines.

Each disciple is required to speed up his training to be in line for their next initiation. The Christ has also requested that all working disciples along certain sub-rays to reincarnate quickly to better meet Plan mandates.

Atlantis and Culture

There has been information given out by others about the termination of the world at that time in human history.  The following is another recount of the facts about the culminating victory of the forces of evil over good at that time. There was once in Atlantis a small group of people so radical, so mentally evolved, so insecure that they wished to destroy all those groups who opposed them, which were basically four national groupings.  This small self-centered group of people used astral-etheric created technologies to achieve not only fear and terror to achieve their ends but also achieved their ends through disseminating etherically that of destructive astral-etheric creations to harm and destroy others.

These four national regions or groups all agreed to come together and provide a set of individual resources to be combined in an attempt to put an end to this opposing force set out to destroy them and basically at all costs.  This meant that all material, wealth, human lives, and knowledge was sacrificed to bring an end to this problem. There came a deciding battle where the four groups symbolizing good and supported by Hierarchy at that time were completely defeated.  It was a devastating defeat, the four nations regrouped and realized that none of the opposing forces’ positions were breached.

There were four resources the forces of good had that they had never been able to use. The first was a set of opposing devic forms; the second was a certain magical incantation for use by Hierarchy’s permission which never came; the third was a group of advanced members of Hierarchy who had available to them the knowledge capable of neutralizing the creations of the opposing group but could not do so without permission; and the last resource was the knowledge and power of the Christ at that time. Neither of these four resources were ever used as it was believed it would work against human morality; nor would members of Hierarchy take personal sides nor influence humanities decisions.  It was at this time it was decided by the then ruling Christ to call upon the Lord of the World for the destruction of Atlantis.

It is time now to recount the facts of the destruction of Atlantis that took place over several time periods. There were four separate periods of destruction. Each period removed one of the land masses. Each of these land masses sank below two different oceans. There were four or so different types of destruction tools used:

• There were hierarchical methods used to move soul awareness out of individuals causing memory to be erased of devic methods.
• There were evolved devic forces used to destroy created astral-etheric related thought-forms.
• There were many volcanic eruptions created.
• There were tidal waves created.

There were times during this process where no destructive activity was apparent.  There were other times when most of the earth was affected by volcanic ash. The last part of Atlantis to be affected was what is now left of Easter Island, the place where once the ruler of Shamballa presided (etherically considered).

The perfection of the culture and civilizations of earlier times was affected by several forces:

• It was perfected through certain initiates who brought useful technologies to humanity.
• It was perfected by an economic prosperity among population through artistic pursuits.
• It was perfected by an educational system that provided extensive training to those that wanted it.
• It was perfected by a planetary technology based on free energy.

It was perfected by a political system that was based upon ethical stature.

It was perfected by the ability of population to interact with devic evolution to provide them with technologies that improved their lives in diverse ways.

• It gave them the ability to have lights at night.
• It gave them the ability to travel through the air.
• It gave them mineral related substances used to create unusual products such as
• creating a substance which resisted all deterioration caused by water or air.
• They evolved certain forms of ingested vegetable-minerals used to overcome death and aging to very advance ages. It is important to note here that these mineral related substances were used only by those who did not align themselves with Hierarchy.

It gave them the ability to harness forces of vegetable kingdom. 12

1. Through the devas They were able to achieve a very rapid rate of growth and thus increase production.

2. Through the assistance of devas, they were able to enhance elemental devic lives of vegetation they were able to alter genetic makeup of certain plants.

3. Through accessing the devas, they produced secretions or radiations establishing shiny like substances they used to harness to be used for different purposes. 5

4. Through the use of aligning with devas were able to predict weather, and temperature patterns thus determine crop production needs, etc.

5. Through relative perfection of their abilities to commonly produce needed vegetation they were able to relate consciously with inherent lives of plants thus enabling them to know what they needed.

6. By advising through prayer of their plans or needs mentally they were able to witness the compassion of life working on their behalf through devas and this included making sure all forms of physical needs were met.

7. By witnessing restraints within events related to vegetable kingdom they were able to better create an understanding of what needed to take place next.

8. By observing in the moment, the operations of vegetation they were able to know what the value of each plant had to them.

9. By registering in their feeling bodies, the exact feeling received from a plant they were able to choose when to harvest it.

10. By ordering their day according to the type and degree of livingness of the local vegetation they were able to know the correct moments for their own activities. 5

• Such as when people sensed that the vegetation appeared relieved it meant the local people could be content with their immediate objectives and move on to something else.
• When people sensed that the vegetation felt agitated it meant that what they were doing is incorrect.
• When people sensed vegetation appeared depleted it meant they would do something different to feel better.
• When people sensed vegetation appeared strengthened or vitalized it meant they would study or reflect, which was difficult for them.
• When people sensed vegetation appeared desirous of something they would search for what else they might need in their environment.

Through aligning themselves with devas they were able to produce resonant vehicles which permitted them to achieve various understandings of circumstances.

• Through enabling their mental bodies with devas, they were able to move at night without seeing problems.
• Through understanding the movement of birds, they were able to achieve a relative understanding of three things:

1. They were able to understand what events were coming.

2. They were able to understand what events they needed to create.

3. They were able to understand what level of causation events came about on.

Certain variation in terms of morality was permitted on account of people not being able to really care for themselves which produced eventually a set of truths that denied the people the right to devic assistance or relationship with in the end.  It is important to note that this process of devic assistance was experimental and that the outcome was not predicted.

It is time now to recall the facts about how Hierarchy operated during this period of turmoil—5th sub-race. It was during this time that the Hierarchy created many or essentially all technologies for humanity and also certain institutions:

The first institution resembles our worship context of today but then it was a combination of four things:

• Witnessing astral related bhakti forms.
• Interaction astrally with rose devas through chanting.
• Ceremonious type of gatherings which permitted people to interface with members of royalty and all royalty were initially members of Hierarchy but not later—in the 2nd sub-race.
• Gatherings designed by members of Hierarchy to celebrate astrological events on a regular basis.

The second institution was composed hierarchical training.

This suggests that hierarchical members of that time organized their member training along certain lines.  It was organized to provide aspirants with a special opportunity to receive what they needed from a diverse field of training type applications. (18)

One’s ability to provide for themselves and thus they organized their own training based upon their needs whereon they were given assistance by externalized members. There were many disciples training for the first initiation. This training began with mental concepts and these concepts became more and more complex over time. Each of the trainees also received individual assignments to assist them in developing their minds. The training posture at that time included the systematic training of hierarchical members by organizing their minds according to laws, principles, and rules.

Advanced members received the following training: (5)

Mental gift training which included the capacity to create simple thought-forms.

Mental gift training that included mental visualization.

Mental gift training that included mental psychometry

Mental gift training that included mental clairaudience

Mental gift training that included mental discernment and discrimination

Those in training for initiations higher than the third (rare indeed) received training directly from the master within.

For those being trained in the outer provincial schools, and there were many, they were obliged to take up to 21 years of training mostly mental. From this group certain students would stand out and they would be given individual hierarchical training. The costs of this was negligible or nothing for each student.

Members of the Hierarchy at that time were treated with great respect and all members could expect to receive honorary welcomes wherever they went. Members also received assurance from regions of the land that they would not be bothered politically. Also, members received from local governments special assistance on anything they asked for.

Hierarchical members provided many services to the local people: 4

• Healing
• Counseling
• Information as to their spiritual life purpose.
• Information as to their future.

Hierarchy, from time to time, would send in adepts to train lessor disciples and to create changes in the direction of training and hierarchical work on the planet’s surface. Hierarchy would also provide incarnation of its head periodically—four times in the 5th sub-race. It was during this time that many members of the Hierarchy advanced filling in the ranks needed to develop or organize the sub ashrams of the first four ashrams 2, 7, 4, 6. It was also during this time that the first four ashrams were completely staffed by initiates of the earth. It was during this time that members of Hierarchy were able to take certain initiations given by Sanat Kumara which took an etheric body in this time period.  It was during this time that a Christ became head of the Hierarchy.

The third institution was that of Finance.

Every province had its own currency type that distinguished it from other provinces. Each province would accept other provinces’ currency. Currency was in the form of metal coins of different shapes. Local governments produced these coins just as today the only real difference is that the value of these coins was constant because they had a system of determining how many to distribute each year to its inhabitants in the form of social services provided. Among the four major governments there were produced enough coins each year for the inhabitants to be guaranteed adequate provisions.

Each providence was different in the services they provided.

The fourth institution was that of Government.

Government bodies were compiled from mostly people from royalty. They were responsible for meeting both the real needs and perceived needs of the people. Each providence had its process for this.

They were also responsible for giving the people their periodic currency related services in the forms of:

• Government jobs.
• Welfare money.
• Emergency or temporary funds.
• Capital development funds.
• Work-related assistance.
• Community related assistance.

Services provided were done so on an individual basis except additionally for the community at large. Each province had a system of choosing government positions based upon an election process among royalty. Each province also had a way to correct problems if need be in government positions, but this never happened. Each province likewise had a way to achieve a gradual change in leadership but not all was decided at once. They also had a way to create assistance from other provinces if need arose.
