Continuity of Consciousness – An Exercise

It is apparent that each of us are gifted in some ways and not others the most difficult is the continuity of consciousness for most and it is here we need to begin: (12)

You have gathered your strength each day from doing exactly what you need per your own internal higher Self guidance and in this way we can move forward. Useful for you to first take some time each day to register from your subjective Guiding Angel’s and/or soul on abstract mental level what exercises to do. Second want you to accept their judgment as you (as a personality in body) participate with them in this regard.

An Exercise:

Next find some time to quiet yourself and relax in deep breathing for 5 minutes.

Now go into your body point—perineum: spend some time releasing the energy there—relax that point.

Now go to the point at top of head and focus your attention ethereally there—begin to relate the two points through the middle of the body see them coming closer and closer together and in this way they should meet at navel.

Now breathe into this point and see it expand outward into a sphere encompassing your auric field.

Now sense the world around you as in a bubble while at the same time visualizing this bubble as electric light (x-color) and in this way all will have an (x-color) hue—beware of one thing and that is you getting caught in the bubble just relax into it.

Now continue breathing into sphere but change color to light (x-color) do this for 5 minutes also.

Now breath into bubble a certain (x-color) hue with a little (x-color) and while doing this feel your heart chakra expand and at the same time observe what your mind is perceiving. (Note: each should verify with the soul their own correct colors for this exercise.)

Next take some time to come down back into your body to feel your self being grounded on the earth.

Now expand your causal field to include the whole solar system while doing this vision yourself as an envoy of the Hierarchy.

Now expand your causal body to include that much of the galaxy you can visualize.

Now relate this to perineum point and see these two converging becoming one—hold this for as long as you can.

We have given you the idea of registering us on your own. This entails great concentration and great alignment with your soul. You need to accomplish this slowly as your brain cells cannot be strained. A sitting should be no longer than 20 mins with hour break in this fashion you will progress without problems.

 

You would be wise to afford yourself these conditions when working:

Absolute quiet.

Be by yourself.

Your heart is beginning to open be alert as to who you are around to curtail any unwanted influences.

Link your heart center essence to head center essence as much as possible.

Open up your ajna center by practicing every day with your given exercises.

 

Open up your throat center by visualizing the following in order of significance:

Visualize the three translucent colors: clear sky blue or fifth ray blue; peach; and golden white for as much as possible throughout the day in this order.

Imagine Me in a lotus position within the throat center.

Loosen yourself up more through chakra related stretching exercises.

With your imagination hold humanity in your throat center as souls.

Think or imagine more abstractly each day.

Visualize your heart center becoming one with your throat center essence.

Breath deeply (up) into the heart of the local galactic (or seven local galaxies) universe space for 5-minutes.

Exercise your mind in such a way as to create and hold in your mind all the knowledge you possess in a synthesis:

I. First Exercise:

Sit yourself down on meditation comfortably and breath in soul spirit until relaxed (be seated and align with Soul).

Register your etheric vibration in your heart area.

See yourself seated as a soul in the back of your heart area.

Imagine yourself with all of your soul characteristics, values and qualities and development of gifts and abilities et.al.

Imagine yourself as part of master’s ashram or circle of other selves.

Imagine yourself still seated in your heart center with the master at the center of your ashram group.

 

II. Second Exercise:

Say this mantra of will invocation each day upon arising and say the mantra of unification at noon and repeat the mantra of will at night at bedtime.

 

Mantra of Will:

Standing in the center of the Will of God I take my stand.

I, the divine triangle, express that Will within the square, and serve my fellow men.

III. Fourth Exercise:

Seat yourself down each night and do a nightly review those elements of your guidance that you need to do each day but especially have difficulty with.

Your willingness to bring in guidance all day long.

Your alignment as a soul all day long.

Your enhancement that day of your values you are conditioning yourself in.

Your level of excitement or non-peacefulness.

Your dedication to thinking about the teachings you are receiving.

Your willingness to help others through emailing you.

Your willingness to register for others around you.

Your future work or projects to serve.

Dedication to assisting others find the path.

Making the time for listening to the truth of those around you –more spiritual conversations.

Spend some time breathing down through top of head and out the feet these four colors:

Medium pink; alabaster white; pale dove yellow; and emerald green.

Breath for 15 minutes.

 

The purpose of four colors:

Pink sets up a vibration in the astral head center and wakens it up.

White sets up a vibration in the mental solar plexus center.

Yellow sets up a vibration corresponding to sacral center in the head.

Emerald green sets up a vibration to the mental “throat” center.

You are being asked to present to yourself a translucent medium ………… colored tube in your mind’s eye.

Now imagine this tube inside of your auric field surrounding it as an elongated spine going up through inner bodies and extended from the center of the earth and through the sun into the galaxy.

Imagine yourself as present in this one space at the same time.

Imagine tube getting bigger and bigger encompassing complete multi-dimensional aura.

Sense a relationship between the Earth and the Galaxy.

Permit yourself to identify with sources of awareness coming into the tube.

Attempt to resonant with the awareness(es) from the above.

Endeavor to become one with this awareness.

Do this regularly and for four months and evaluate.

 

Align Triad with the personality field.

Let your imagination run free.

Follow where it takes you.

Make a note of what it is.

Try to hold this alignment as long as you can.

Do it often as you can in your spare time.

Do it for one month and evaluate.

 

Align with Monad the personality field.

Let your imagination run free.

Focus your awareness in the 3rd eye.

Endeavor to visualize what you image.

Endeavor to make the visualization 3D.

Hold for as long as you can.

First one needs to be sensitive to the registering their existing mental state of mind in these three ways.

This is basically the registering of where your mind is at or asking yourself: what is my mental state of being?

  1. First, its content: Any preexisting thought forms currently in your minds. Anything that is grounding needs to be written down, cleaned out, put aside.  These thoughts also act as resonant frequencies.  The content creates a resonant alignment.  You will attract what resonates with your content.  Before meditation, a more useful content is that which opens you up to an inspirational image or a prayer.  Something that makes one more expansive.  The more space you can create the better you are, such as universal or infinity content.

 

  1. Second, its polarization, such as the outer world, abstractly, focused, finding work. Observe how polarization is influencing your state of alignment.  Where is the ideal polarization?  On the intent.

 

  1. Third, its alertness: Is it sluggish, sleepy, or vital?

 

Next, one needs to be sensitive to their astral state: (6)

It’s degree of agitation.

Its degree of clarity.

Its contents.

It’s overall quality.

Its overall identification.

Its overall presence.

 

Next, one needs to be sensitive to their vital etheric state: (3)

Its degree of being energized (eventually one determines the ideal level and state to reach Samadhi (not overly energized or under energized).

Its overall resonant vibration qualitatively.

Its overall presence.

 

Next, one needs to be sensitive to their external environment: (6)

Its overall ambience.

It’s overall psychic content.

Its overall vitalness in terms of compatibility (such as beautify or organize).

It’s overall harmony of relationship to yourself.

It’s overall feeling and emotive content if any.

Its overall quality and quantity of space.

 

Next, one needs to be sensitive to their subjective environment: (6)

Its overall vibration.

Its overall resonance.

Its overall clarity.

Its overall content.

Its overall extension.

Its overall presence.

 

Next, one needs to be sensitive to their alignment: (8)

Its overall relationship to your auric space.

It’s overall to its direction in space.

Its overall energy content.

It’s overall part of your auric field it is effecting.

It’s overall quality.

Its overall impact it makes on your feelings.

Its overall impact it makes on your mind         .

Is overall awareness it creates within you.

 

Finally, you would be wise to organize your time during the alignment process by becoming aware of the purpose and objective of why you are really sitting for meditation.

In other words, stay focused.

Be at peace with yourself.

Be aware of your internal energy shifts.

Be alert as to your changes in personality states.

Be alert as to your changes in feelings overall.

Be Alert as to changes in the environment subjectively.

Be alert as to changes in presence.

Towards Self-Enlightenment for Aspirants – An Exercise

Proceed to develop a system of analysis to discover a means to enlighten yourself through the practice of the following technique.

Enhance your breathing first in the following way:

A six count, in and out of the mouth. Do this for 10-15 minutes. Take your time and relax with it.

Now discover a resonant point on your brow between your eyes. Lock your awareness there.

Get a sense of direction with your breath. Breathe down through top of head out this point for up to 40 minutes.

The goal here is to get a sense of your relationship to yourself as soul.

A further goal here is to believe in yourself and thus the reason this information is provided.  It is important to develop a sense of a continuity of resonant consciousness to the atmic field.

Sense the energy passing through your body into the earth.

A funnel is created from extending the eye into the inner dimensions.

Take some time to evaluate what is inside the funnel. Take your time now to discover a key that will unlock the door into the heaven world within you.  This key will be found in front of your nose.  It is by way of this key you can consciously enter into the unknown and uncharted territory.

It is important to perceive yourself in such a way that you can present the truth of any situation.

We want you to believe in yourself this is why we have given this to you to practice in the hope you develop a measure of self-control over your mind content.
