Exercise for Practicing At-one-ment’s for Spiritual Guidance (revised 11/14/2023)

Exercise:

Breathe down through top of head and out of your aura—divine soul, group soul and soul.

Now begin to relax your breath, breathing very shallow but normal.

Next, take some time to see yourself at one with this aspect of yourself—imagine but really just hold the reality intent.

Breath down the soul while at the same time breath down these colors to assist in clearing out any subjective influences:  (up to 5 min per color)

Colors to clear out one’s own influences generated:

  • Bright orange in etheric body
  • Forest green in astral body
  • Deep sky blue in mental body

Colors to clear out influences coming in from others you are psychically linked to:

  • White light in mental body but slightly yellow
  • Spring green in astral body
  • Bright Gold in etheric body

 

Imagine yourself being a hollow channel in your body and see each color filling this up.

Rotate through each color until you feel clear

With each out breath imagine you are receiving information coming in.

Slow your breathing down to as slow as you can make it and be relaxed.

Write down what comes in whatever it is.

 

Next, relax into this idea.  Now instead of breathing down these breathe down spirit.

Next, take some time to get into a slow rhythm and just sense yourself as One here—it is the intention that is important.

Carry this meditation into the day going back to this breathing whenever you remember.

You can add other entities to this list but for beginners it is just best to breathe down soul and spirit. The rest can follow after success with atoning with yourself.

 

Remember that Energy follows Thought.  But more significant to esoteric and occult students is that that Karma Is Instantaneous.  Thus, practice first the three rules of harmlessness and purify the three vehicles before attempting to move into the subjective worlds. Significant  to never focus on entities within the three worlds until soul-mind-brain aligned.  Then only as a soul infused unit.

 

Rule I. Enter thy brother’s heart and see his woe. Then speak. Let the words spoken convey to him the potent force he needs to loose his chains. Yet loose them not thyself. Thine is the work to speak with understanding. The force received by him will aid him in his work.

Rule II. Enter thy brother’s mind and read his thoughts, but only when thy thoughts are pure. Then think. Let the thoughts thus created enter thy brother’s mind and blend with his. Yet keep detached thyself, for none have the right to sway a brother’s mind. The only right there is, will make him say: “He loves. He standeth by. He knows. He thinks with me and I am strong to do the right.” Learn thus to speak. Learn thus to think.

Rule III. Blend with thy brother’s soul and know him as he is. Only upon the plane of soul can this be done. Elsewhere the blending feeds the fuel of his lower life. Then focus on the plan. Thus will he see the part that he and you and all men play. Thus will he enter into life and know the work accomplished. TWM, pg. 20

Five Exercises to Better Develop Spiritual Guidance

Within this workshop are many more exercises focused on retrieving specific types of information.  The reflective meditation process is further explained in the workshop material.

[Note: Everyone that participated in this workshop was able to bring through relevant (not related to cell memories) information from themselves (soul) whether they believed in the soul or not.]

Exercise 1:

  • Relax from the day; and once your breathing becomes normal allow yourself to become focused on your body presence.  Allow your awareness to take in your whole body. Sense yourself just being with it relaxed and breathing at ease.
  • Now, empty your mind of all memories of the day and permit your emotions to go with them.
  • Once this is complete, allow yourself to become the observer.
  • Now take time to see with your mind’s eye or with your imagination in front of you a staircase. Imagine yourself moving towards this staircase.
  • Take some time to look around and notice what else is there with you in the room. Take your time doing this, just allow whatever is there to come into your presence.
  • Before you step on the staircase, ask yourself to be permitted to see what your destiny is as a soul if your life was perfectly lived as soul planned.
  • It is important that you just hold the intention and do not permit your cell memory to take control of your mind—just be the observer allowing the presence to provide the information.
  • Never identify with what you apperceive, just observe it—whether good or bad from your point of view is irrelevant.
  • Now begin to walk up the staircase observing what comes to your awareness.
  • You can write down as you go if you think you will forget and then go back into observer mode.
  • Once you get to the top, reaffirm the intention—what would be the destiny of your soul if your life were perfectly lived.
  • Once complete, return to your normal presence.

The importance of this exercise is to give you a hint of the amount of information that can be accessed through just being present with yourself or others. It is about you taking charge of your destiny by aligning your brain, mind, and soul to enhance your life. It is about you being able to be your own guide and master. You must make every effort to secure this type of brain, mind, and soul connection to master your self & your circumstances.  You need to remember your time on this planet can be lived fully and with adventure if you are willing to allow your soul to be your guide.

 

Exercise # 2

  • The same process applies above except new images will be introduce.
  • Take some time to go into your body presence and begin to imagine you are on a hillside. Observe the nature of your surroundings.
  • Permit yourself to look out across the landscape into the sky. See in the sky a bird flying.  Get a sense of being the bird allow yourself to flow through the air.
  • Try to get an image of what you as the bird might be picturing below you. Draw it into focus.
  • Begin to go down towards it until you can make it out in greater detail.  Get a sense of its relationship to you.

 

Exercise #3:

  • Spend some time breathing in through the top of your head and out of your feet the color orange, rose, and emerald green; do this for 5 minutes or so breathing one color at a time but not continuously – just three times.
  • Now take some time to go into your body presence.  See yourself in a valley looking up at a mountain. Permit yourself to find a way up the mountain.
  • Once you do begin to walk up the mountain. Once up there spend some time looking around.
  • Notice out in the distance an object. Now move towards that object and see what it is.
  • Stand in front of it and let your presence dialogue with it. Note the communication.

 

Exercise #4

  • Spend some time breathing in through the top of your head and out your ajna center the orange, rose, and emerald green again.
  • This time see yourself in the clouds. Spend some time to sense anything present with you.
  • If so, try to dialogue with it.

 

Exercise #5

  • See yourself floating in a cloud mass.
  • While floating ask yourself this question and wait for a body response. If my memory is accurate—then who would I be once this present form of my persona is removed.
  • Allow yourself to follow the response. Allow yourself to flow with this and follow it where it takes you do not be discouraged by no response just keep on observing with this intention in mind but not repeating the words.
  • Permit one more question: Who am I when I am not in a body? Allow yourself to flow with this and follow it where it takes you do not be discouraged by no response just keep on observing with this intention in mind but not repeating the words.
  • Try to Dialogue with it but not using cell memory.

It is apparent that each of us are gifted in some ways and not others the most difficult is the continuity of consciousness for most and it is here we need to begin: (12)

You have gathered your strength each day from doing exactly what you need per your own internal higher Self guidance and in this way we can move forward. Useful for you to first take some time each day to register from your subjective Guiding Angel’s and/or soul on abstract mental level what exercises to do. Second want you to accept their judgment as you (as a personality in body) participate with them in this regard.

An Exercise:

Next find some time to quiet yourself and relax in deep breathing for 5 minutes.

Now go into your body point—perineum: spend some time releasing the energy there—relax that point.

Now go to the point at top of head and focus your attention ethereally there—begin to relate the two points through the middle of the body see them coming closer and closer together and in this way they should meet at navel.

Now breathe into this point and see it expand outward into a sphere encompassing your auric field.

Now sense the world around you as in a bubble while at the same time visualizing this bubble as electric light (x-color) and in this way all will have an (x-color) hue—beware of one thing and that is you getting caught in the bubble just relax into it.

Now continue breathing into sphere but change color to light (x-color) do this for 5 minutes also.

Now breath into bubble a certain (x-color) hue with a little (x-color) and while doing this feel your heart chakra expand and at the same time observe what your mind is perceiving. (Note: each should verify with the soul their own correct colors for this exercise.)

Next take some time to come down back into your body to feel your self being grounded on the earth.

Now expand your causal field to include the whole solar system while doing this vision yourself as an envoy of the Hierarchy.

Now expand your causal body to include that much of the galaxy you can visualize.

Now relate this to perineum point and see these two converging becoming one—hold this for as long as you can.
