Floating Alignment Exercise to Perceive Unknown Vibrations

This exercise is intended to produce a sense of recognition between you, yourself and others subjectively.  Understand what this means.  It means that your ability to perceive the unknown is going to be developed by this exercise.  The intent is also to generate a style of working that relates you to the unknown in such a way that you will be able to achieve a sense of relationship that overrides any inconsistencies in what you are receiving.  On the inner side we reflect a lot upon those on the outside and it gives us a fighting chance.

Exercise:

We want you to achieve a relaxed peaceful state; we would like to stay numb to the world.

Next, find a way to close your eyes that focuses you towards your ajna point.

Next see yourself floating out of your body into the sky get a real sense of this happening. Give this some time.

Next orientate yourself subjectively to other worlds within you.  Get a sense of your connection to these worlds.

Next allow yourself to register from these other worlds to see what is there. Allow your imagination to wander. Try to get a sense of really being there.

Now go to a place within these worlds that reminds you of a place your heart would be happy.

It is in this place that you will find us there waiting for you. Take some time here to make this happen. Do not be rushed.  Re-frame from allowing your imagination to take you away from this task of registering your heart place.

Now, relax into being here and waiting for information to come; do not be alarmed by the time you are waiting but allow whatever time it takes for a response. Register something visually before you leave.  We want you to write down each day what you see here. Be accurate as possible. Be assured of yourself also.

We want you now to go home to your soul body and do the same thing.  Take some time to register what you see here also.

Now we want you to spend some time registering what your soul wants you to know write it down.  It is important to keep good notes to build with each day.

It is important now to return home to the “ashram.” Spend some time registering anything that comes from this place also.

Next go to Shamballa and register anything there.

Now it is important to let your imagination go and see where it takes you follow it and make notes.  It is important here to remember all the sequence of details that come to you in this process are to be written down.

Ideally, do this exercise 3x per day for 40 minutes each if you are able.
