Spiritual Guidance – Mental Organization Issues Needing Resolved for a Probationary Initiate – An Example

[HZ Note: the intent here in providing this example evaluation is to provide various types of subjective spiritual evaluations to promote the value (and its pitfalls) of Spiritual Psychology for Humanity in general. Furthermore, you will notice that these types of evaluations can access more information than can be reasonably used and does not justify the time put into bringing in all of the information but the prioritizing of it in the moment based upon the client’s real needs and the consultant’s availability.]

Probationary disciples need to resolve the problem with the organizing of their mind in terms of various topics. Each disciple’s topics are unique to them. Below is an example of various topics needing to be better organized for a probationary disciple with a few sub-examples related to the initiation process. Each needs to discover these topics for themselves and resolve their needed mental organization.

The relationship between the ashrams. (4)

  • Each ashram has developed a working relationship with the other ashrams according to the plan of the Christ.
  • It is based upon a cooperative freedom to forward its own plans.
  • It has achieved a highly organized state of being.
  • One will enter those ashrams where they can be of the greatest service.

The way in which a candidate for initiation is processed. (6)

  • Each candidate promises to try to meet requirements.
  • Each candidate promises to control themselves.
  • Each candidate is given the opportunity to unfold their spiritual gifts & abilities.
  • Each candidate organizes their heart, mind and life to meet the large group’s needs.
  • Each candidate is required to see themselves as giving up their personal plans processes.
  • Each candidate is required to fully integrate into the group life.

Some adjunct requirements for this initiation. (6)

  • It has been seen, based upon previous observations, that success comes by way of perfectly following guidance.
  • It has also been observed that success comes through organizing your mind according to the group’s need.
  • It is required that each candidate be prepared to let go of all personality wishes.
  • Also required is that all candidates be prepared to receive guidance from the Lord and to follow it.
  • Also required is that each candidate shoulder some of the responsibility for their ashram.
  • Note: For every initiate there are 800 or so others training for this initiation.

The ways in which one can achieve success in taking this initiation. (6)

  • Unbeknown to candidates there are several other candidates taking present and other initiations with them.
  • It is important one realize who these are around them:
  • It is important to assist them.
  • It is also important one tries to achieve a perfectly balanced relationship with these others.
  • It is also important that one’s travels are organized with them in mind.
  • It is also significant that one receives guidance from the master.

The process involved in the approaching the Lodge per one’s proposal.

  • Each successful candidate must give a lecture or proposal of what they believe it will take for humanity or other kingdoms to move forward.
  • Each candidate’s presentation to be reviewed by the Christ.
  • Each candidate needs to propose even if is pre-mature and must wait to implement it down the road.

The control needed over their vehicles.

Disciples need to resolve the understanding of their new work and way of working after Wesak responsibilities (note this is contingent upon the candidate’s success.)

Disciples need to resolve their tendencies towards making or creating their environment.

Disciples need to resolve their understanding of the propensities of the groups they are working with.

Disciples need to resolve the ways that they expect others to see them.

Disciples need to resolve the ways they want others to interact with them.

Disciples need to resolve the ways they expect to be treated.

Disciples need to resolve the ways they need to treat others.

Disciples need to resolve the way they need to move forward discovering the world.

Disciples need to resolve the way they need to be perceived.
