Raja Yoga – Merging Lower into Higher Centers – An Alignment Exercise

HZ: Please note that each is responsible to determine by way of the soul any colors used in healing or developmental work as well as whether or not any methods used.

 

This exercise is suggesting you align to the crown center above the head in such a way as to focus all of your consciousness there towards enhancing your Raga Yoga meditation alignment processes.

 

Retrieve consciously into  highest center all of the other centers in the following way: (7)

Ajna center needs to be slowly raised to center its awareness in the crown.

AM center to ajna to crown.

Throat-sacral-base: Base to sacral to throat to AM to crown.

Heart-Solar Plexus: Solar Plexus to heart to ajna to crown.

Base below feet to crown.

 

Important that you retain your consciousness in each center in terms of the group life (creative hierarchical life) related to such center.

Do this regularly throughout the day.
